Pentax Optio RS1000 production which introduced last September is discounted. The successor would be Pentax Optio RS1500. Pentax Optio RS1500 comes in colorful options that matched to users’ mood or outfit. It can either be chosen from the ten supplied artwork or creative owner receives a self-designed cover of the Internet. The covers are held here by a ring around the lens, so its cover can be replaced easily without any tools.

There are only minor changes in technical specification. The Optio RS1500 features as its predecessor with a 14-megapixel CCD sensor and four times has an optical zoom. A mechanical or optical image stabilizer is not on board, but it has integrated software to ensure that the photos taken are free from camera shake.

Pentax Optio RS1500 comes with 3 inches TFT display at the back, 21.6 MB internal memory and an extra SD cards for recordings.

This colorful stylish digital camera will be available in April.
