Ricoh Meets Customer Demands

Anyone who has ever bought a digital camera, usually have to compromise with the given functional. This rule, however, Ricoh breaks in his product lines and GXR GR Digital III.

The GR series introduced in 2007 and keep updating till today. The latest update of Ricoh GR series will be release on March.

In developing the new firmware the wishes and opinions were taken into account, the registered users were sent to the manufacturer. Overall, the update affected cameras’ functions and settings, and thus enhancing their usability and performance. The GXR, this is the third update of this kind, for the GR Digital III is already the fourth.

In the GXR cameras Ricoh is changing module systems that are integrated lens, image sensor and image processor in the host module and not in the camera body. Individual modules are appropriate here via a sliding mechanism and removed.

The GR Digital III is the successor to the GR Digital II, which was published in November 2007. This digital camera has an aperture of 1:1.9 and is characterized by its compact design.
