How to Make Photo ID with Casio EXILIM EX-15


Casio Exilim EX-15 has a feature to takes an extra small photo that suit for the ID card format.

It doesn’t meet a requirement for citizenship ID, but it supposes to be used for any other card types such as a membership card. Before taking a picture for this purpose, you need to choose the dimensions of 30 x 24 mm, 40 x 30 mm, 45 x 35 mm, 50 x 40 mm or 55 x 45 mm.

To take photo ID with Casio Exilim EX-H15:
  1. Turn on Casio Exilim EX-H15 by pushing the ON/OFF button.
  2. Press the BS button on the back and select the scene mode "Photo".
  3. Point the camera at the light to the person and press the shutter button.
  4. Move the portrait now so with the four-pad buttons to the face and neck appears in an appropriate proportion in the selected format frame. Use the zoom control if necessary.
  5. Confirm the changes with the SET button. The photo will be stored at 5 MP resolutions on memory card. Now you can print them with the photo paper. Several ID photos are placed side by side, so you must cut them.
