Canon PowerShot S95 equipped with various automatic modes that will simplify the daily management of the compact digital camera.
One popular feature is the automatic smile to shots people: The camera facial features analyzed the frame and triggers when a smile seen. The smile feature on Canon PowerShot C95 recognizes the typical angle of the mouth, and change the visibility of the tooth part – so if the object smile with mouth closed, could possibly fail the automatic smile feature.
How to use the feature on Canon Powershot S95:
- Turn on the Canon Powershot S95 digital camera with the ON / OFF button operation.
- Set the mode dial to the "SCN".
- Press the FUNC SET button and select the "Smile” (a small digital camera icon with a laughing smiley) with the left and right D-pad.
- Press the DISP button. The Canon Powershot S95 is ready: Set the lens to the light to the person or the group of people. The activation will proceed automatically, as soon as the Canon Powershot S95 detects a smile.
Please note that the smile stays activated until it told not to do so. So if you want any more pictures, select a different SCN mode on Canon PowerShot S95
