Olympus SZ-30MR: Compact camera with super-zoom
Olympus SZ-30MR is the first Olympus’ camera with full-HD recording capability. The new super-zoom that comes with the SZ-30MR is the first in its class.
Olympus SZ-30MR dissolves the images with 16.8 MP. As mentioned that the digital camera records in full-HD movie. During recording mode, two videos will be stored with different focal lengths. Olympus SZ-30MR comes with 3-inch display screen and 24x wide-angle zoom.
Olympus SZ-30MR: How good is it?
At full resolution, the SZ-30MR reached way a burst speed of 7 frames per second, but after 5 frames of breath and a forced break will be inserted. When the resolution is reduced, the Olympus camera takes more quickly: at a resolution of 5 megapixels the SZ-30MR offers 15 frames per second, and for 70 pictures in succession.
In addition to photos Olympus SZ-30MR also offers videos in full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) along with stereo sound. But that's not enough; the digital camera is even able to take high-resolution videos and photos at once. Also, two videos with different settings (eg, an original video and a video effect filter) can be recorded simultaneously. Olympus calls this feature as "Multi Recording, which is why the camera is in contrast with the SZ-10 or SZ-20 is also the abbreviation in the name MR.
The SZ-30MR - as almost every current camera in this price range - a smart-panorama mode for quickly creating panoramic images and a 3D photo mode, in which assembled two from slightly different angles captured images to a stereoscopic recording. Olympus SZ-30MR is definitely worth to buy.
