Pentax Q releases an additional unit in the segment of the currently highly popular system cameras. This series stand between an ultra-compact camera with fixed lens and a mirror-reflex interchangeable lens.
Pentax Q photographed with 12.4 megapixels and record videos in full HD quality. A multiple exposure camera system controlled the same way as continuous shooting at up to five snapshots per second, or HDR images. With the smart Effect Options you can give your recordings beyond an individual touch. Those who simply want to photograph so on it happening, can rely on the settings of the 21 scene modes, which are equipped for classical recording situations such as "beach" or "snow".
Pentax Q: How Good Is it?
Pentax cameras have long been an insider tip for all those who desire a successful symbiosis of design and technology. In this tradition, the Pentax Q, which comes with its retro-style mini-housing is truly impressive. The processing of camera and its accessories move at a high level. It is worth noting that the lenses - matching the case - is very small and light, which is expected to make a positive noticeable on longer trips.
The Pentax Q should be the current digital system camera. But in all other disciplines - it is the image quality or range of equipment - unfortunately it pulls the short straw. The control screen and buttons are too small.
Pentax Q: Pre-conclusion
Pentax Q is an experiment that would miss its goal: in fact the device is tempting with wonderfully handy size - much traveling photographers have been waiting for an opportunity in such a camera. But given the high price of the manufacturer in the other categories would need more refills. Thus, a technologically impressive average toy stays in a small package.
