Do You Really Need to Buy a New Compact Camera?

A compact camera is perfect for users who want a simple navigation and don’t need a high resolution lens. This small camera is getting smaller and powerful times to times.

A few years ago most of compact camera comes with 5 MP resolutions and only a few of them offer the 9 MP resolutions. But nowadays, compact cameras come with 14.1 to 16.1 MP, a high resolution that a few years ago only needed by a professional photographer.

Higher resolution and more features added to today’s compact camera. However, if you decide to have a compact camera or consider an upgrade then you might want to think about it.

Ask yourself why do you need a compact camera? If you need a camera to take pictures during vacation and don’t have a plan to print them on poster size then a 5 MP camera is more than enough.

Don’t let the higher resolution fool on you. The fact is you don’t need a higher resolution than 10 MP unless you planned to print a poster size photo.

Your old camera maybe looks pretty “old”, but it doesn’t mean you need to replace them unless you really need an extra feature or it’s already broken.
