Compact digital camera manufacturer Pentax carries the brand name of Optio. Optio cameras cover a broad spectrum of photographic needs - there are beginner cameras, compact models for discerning and some special models that are designed, for example, to outdoor use.
The two models are the Pentax Optio E90 entry and the M90. Both are characterized by the emphasis on ease of use, the M90 provides a slightly higher resolution and a few more scene modes.
